Corporate Training

Over the past few years Breakthru has been developing its corporate training service to local statutory, voluntary and private sectors. We have delivered training to heavy industry, Health Visitors, Midwives, Social Workers and more recently Safefood, a cross border agency based in Cork and Dublin. The latter was carried out with our human resource agency partner People Management Solutions.

This work has a dual perspective; raising awareness amongst staff of the impact of alcohol and drug misuse in the workplace and training management to develop policies and procedures in order to deal with alcohol and drug issues within the workplace, in accordance with health and safety, equality and drug misuse legislation.

We can also design and deliver courses for organisations to meet their identified needs. For example , many leisure centres are experiencing issues with drug misuse on their premises and we have delivered training to help management and staff deal with issues more effectively as they arise and put preventative measures in place.

Pricing

£65 per hour programme design and delivery

40 pence per mile travel expenses

Room Hire

We have three main areas of the building that can be used for interviews, corporate events or training. The conference room can be set up to suit and multi-media equipment can also be included.
