Breakthru are offering 10 graduates the opportunity to gain an accredited qualification in drugs and alcohol awareness and the opportunity to deliver programmes to children and young people aged 10- 13 years in the Dungannon and Armagh Districts.

Adults pour between 50% and 100% more when drinking

at home. The body gets rid of alcohol on average at 1 unit

per hour. Its best to double this average if driving, operating

machinery or caring for children after drinking alcohol.
